QuickStart UK Terms and Conditions
Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully. By accessing the QuickStartUK website at www.quickstartuk.com you are agreeing to the terms that appear below, whether or not you register as a user.
- QuickStart UK guarantees that it will use its best endeavors to organize the services advertised on www.quickstartuk.com
- QuickStart UK will organize each of the services in the fastest and easiest way possible in terms of the factors and circumstances under its powers and based on the information and documentation provided by its customers and in the terms of the period of time it has been accomplished. QuickStart UK takes no responsibility for any delay caused by other institutions and companies or wrong information given from the customers.
- QuickStart UK promises to make its best in order to book the earliest possible interview in the closest office possible to the customer’s address. QuickStart UK bears no responsibility when the interview arranged takes place for more than two weeks time as this is a question of availability of another institution. The same is valid when the closest office to the customer’s address where the interview should take place is not in the customer’s town. No refund is due in the cases above.
- Assistance in opening a UK bank account is subject to the bank’s compliance laws and account opening regulations. Compliance laws are subject to change at any time. Valid proof of identity, working permit for at least 6 months and proof of UK address will also be required to open the bank account.
- QuickStart UK will make no refunds on the basis of the fact that after being explained what are documents needed, the customer cannot provide any of them as purchasing of the services will be considered as a positive statement from his/her side that the papers listed are available.
- QuickStart UK is not responsible for any failure and no refund is due when:

- The customer has provided information which is false, inaccurate, incorrect, insufficient or misleading in any way;
- The customer has arranged by himself/herself or with any other company/institution the service/good purchased through QuickStart UK.
- The customer has already applied for the same service purchased through QuickStart UK, either directly or through another person, natural or legal.
- The customer has bad credit history, criminal record, false or irrelevant documents or owes money to any institution.
- The bank has different information on its system than that provided by the customer.
- The institutions which QuickStart UK deals with lead to a decision that the customer is not due the relevant service/good purchased through QuickStart UK. Where there is a possible case for appeal within the law, such measures will be taken by QuickStart UK, where the customer information enables it to do so.
- Cancellation fee of 20 GBP applies, if the customer decides to cancel the service in the same day of the purchase.
